Customer register of Pyhä-Luosto Resort Association.
4. Purpose of personal data processing (purpose of the register)
Distribution of Pyhä-Luosto Resort Association’s newsletters. The newsletters are used to inform
the subscribers of news, offers, events and other current issues.
5. Data contained in the register
The controller processes the following customer data:
- Customer’s first and last name, phone number, home address, e-mail address.
- Possible customer feedback and reclamation data.
- The following customer data is stored: e-mail address.
6. Regular sources of information
Customer data is received from the customers themselves with their consent.
7. Recipients of personal data
Personal data is disclosed only to the newsletter system’s service provider, who shall not divulge
the information to any other party or use it for any other purpose. Data shall not be transferred
outside the EU or EEA or disclosed to international organisations.
8. Principles of register protection
Customer details are stored electronically in Pyhä-Luosto Resort Association’s newsletter system, which isaccessible only to the employees of Pyhä-Luosto Resort Association and to the newsletter system’s serviceprovider. They have user names and passwords to the system.
9. Retention time of personal data
The data is stored in the service until the newsletter is terminated or until the subscriber cancels the newsletter via the cancellation link at the end of the newsletter, the customer submits a written request to Pyhä-Luosto Resort Association for the removal of personal data, or an invalid e-mail address in automatically removed from the system.
Rights of the data subject
As a user of the service, you have the right to:

Rectifying or supplementing data If you detect any inaccuracy, deficiency or error in your personal data, you can request for the removal of the incorrect address and then subscribe again for the newsletter. Restriction of processing
If you have submitted a notification of incorrect data concerning yourself, you have the right to request therestriction of processing of said data until the validity of the data has been verified.
Withdrawal of consent to use of data and erasure of data.
You can erase your subscriber information anytime by cancelling your subscription via the cancellation link found in the newsletter.Alternatively, you can ask Pyhä-Luosto Resort Association to erase your data from the service. Please
