Martin Pilkki Ice Fishing competition 10.4.-11.4.

Martin Pilkki is one of the top events of the spring! An ice fishing event for the whole family gathers people on the ice of Ahvenlampi. Again, there will be great prizes! The competition will be contested in one category, where the ten (10) best ice fishing enthusiasts and random rankings will be awarded. Please note: The event will be held in Finnish.

Friday, 10 April
16:00 Registration and sale of fishing cards
17:30 The competition director gives instructions and reviews the rules
17:50 Competition area opens and participants move to the fishing area
18:00–19:30 “Loosen Up” Evening Ice Fishing
Prizes for the evening competition will be awarded after Saturday’s main event.

Saturday, 11 April
10:00 Registration and inspection of fishing cards
11:30 The competition director gives instructions and reviews the rules
11:50 Competition area opens and participants move to the fishing area
12:00–15:00 Martinpilkki Main Event & Competition
13:00–14:00 Children’s ice fishing school and competition
15:00 Competition ends with the weighing of the catch
