During ski holiday weeks it's wise to book ski school in advance by phone +358 40 684 9101. 

Juhan Voitelupalvelu at the starting gate of the Pyhä-Luosto National Park trails maintains the skis to suit the day's weather. There is also the rental of skis and snowshoes.

Lapland Husky Safaris tarjoaa mahdollisuuden kokeilla koiravaljakkoajelua hiihtolomaviikoilla 8-10. Valjakkoajelut toteutetaan lyhyinä non-stop ajeluina torstaisin ja perjantaisin klo 12-14.

The easiest way to get to know reindeer and their way of life is the famous Poronpolku. Poronpolku is a self-guided walking trail in the reindeer park, lasting approximately 15–30 minutes.

The ticket for Poronpolku costs €12 per person.
